He has a solo exhibition that opens June 18th called "Life is Beautiful" at the former CBS Studios 6121 W Sunset Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90036.
I learned from Shepard Fairey's blog that he started out as a film maker. He was documenting Shepard Fairey's work in 1999. Shepard Fairey introduced Mr. Brainwash to Banksy which led him to switch from being an observer to a full on street artist.

I think Mr Brainwash and SNUggLES(ihatesnuggles.com) are two of my favorite street artists! Very cool stuff indeed!
Graffhead sucks.
you cannot trust these idiots.
mr brainwash commerciated the scene even if he should had show that it's idea was not to be commercial. i think his "art" has already been seen at banksy and other artist, but theese artists did this because of an conviction. i think art has to be made because of a belief and not because of beeing well known and earning money or to impress other people. in brainwash's "art" there is no message at all. it is pretty and nice but i think thats not the only think street art is about.
