Pasadena Freeway Graffiti Update

The county of Los Angeles has been trying to implement a clever technique in fighting freeway graffiti. The county has been planting wall climbing ivy to try to cover the walls. Until the walls are covered, graffiti writers continue to paint. These are from the Pasadena freeway system. Unfortunately, they all got buffed earlier this week.
