Los Angeles City Council - New Homes must use anti-graffiti coating

A new ordinance that may pass into law would require all new buildings including homes to have anti-graffiti coating. Watch the video from KTLA's news report.

LA's MQ DMS and Hael OTR get mad fame. The reporter stands right in front of their tags while delivering the story. For some reason, the report shows Buket's infamous freeway bomb, which has nothing to do with the story.

Yokohama Sakuragicho Station Graffiti Wall is No More

The infamous Yokohama Sakuragicho station graffiti wall is no more.

We were excited to visit Yokohama while we were in Japan to document the 3 KM long wall that was supposed to be completely painted with graffiti. We disappointedly learned that the once legal wall was entirely painted over and was no longer a legal place to paint. We were surprised that people still didn't paint there despite the regulations but probably the frequent buffing discouraged anyone to paint.

These warning signs were posted repeatedly along the path.
"Those who scribble will be subject to prosecution for vandalism. If you witness anything please report it to one of the locations listed." (Thanks to Seiji from JTwutor for the translation.)
