Happy 4th of July 2010!

The US is the greatest country in the world. As I grow older and learn about all the injustices and inhumane treatments in the world, it makes me appreciate our country even more. Happy 4th of July!

This landmark mural painted by Mear and Tren has been around as long as I can remember. I think it was painted in early 1990. There used to be another one in West Los Angeles close to the freeway but that one is no longer there.
